Boneless Leg of Lamb

A boneless leg of lamb roast is not only beautiful but is a delicious dish that can be enjoyed year-round.  This tender, juicy cut of meat makes for a hearty meal for any dinner table.  It has a mild flavor and allows for many different cooking methods, although roasting or slow cooking is our favorite. 

This cut of Lamb is made with the animal’s two hind legs. The term “boneless” means the leg bone has been removed from the roast.  

For a generous serving of lamb roast, figure on 1/2 pound of lamb per serving.  

That means if you plan to serve:

six (6) people – 3 pound lamb roast

This cut of Lamb is made with the animal’s two hind legs. Boneless leg of lamb (with the bones removed) is perfect for oven roasting & is easy to carve.   The term “boneless” means the leg bone has been removed from the roast.  

It produces juicy, tender, and lean meat when cooked slowly.  When cooked to medium rare, it is flavorful and mild so that anyone who enjoys roast beef will also enjoy a boneless lamb roast.  Our boneless lamb roasts are NOT netted and rolled this time around.
